It is MANDATORY to wear a cap and gown--Must order by deadline

Students, Please be at the Auditorium to check in with your Program Supervisor the evening of commencement. Arrive before the below times, for your program.

Class photo schedule: (if you arrive after the time, unable to participate in group photos)

6:20pm: Electrical

6:35pm: Auto

6:50pm: Welding

7:00pm: Medical

Ceremony will begin promptly at 7:30pm--Graduates must arrive before 7:30pm to participate !!!!!!

PROCESS FOR THE CEREMONY for Graduates:

Graduates will enter the door on the East side of the Building and Check- in with Their program supervisor.
Graduates will be lined up take your group photo at the above designated.
After photos you'll be processed into the Auditorium to your designated seats.
The ceremony typically takes about an hour to complete.
Graduates will be processed out of the building first, by their supervisor.
Coordinate with your family/guests to meet you outside the building----After the ceremony are expected to vacate by 8:45-9:00pm

After the ceremony you will exit the auditorium first--and coordinate with your guests to meet you outside

The building lobby cannot accommodate standing room and needs to remain clear for fire safety protocols and security reasons.
