For students whose last day of class or medical internship falls between March 1st through April 2026 will be invited to this ceremony
STUDENTS MUST complete RSVP form to attend and secure guest tickets.
Student's responsibility to secure cap and gown to walk the stage.

Printed tickets are issued after an RSVP has been received:
Printed Tickets are at the venue door the day of the ceremony for guests to pick up when they arrive.
Optional Early Ticket Pick-up: At Campus Mon, Tue, Wed before ceremony between 9am-6pm

Medical: White
EEST: Royal Blue
Auto: Navy Blue
Welding: Black (recommend Amazon to ensure correct color)

Deadline for Cap and Gown is : (about a month before ceremony date)
Total Cost is about $44 (includes tax & shipping)--Shipping can take 3 weeks
**Please note the photo on Jostens is of a black gown, but as long as you pick your program you'll receive the correct color gown.**

ARRIVAL TIME FOR GRADS:
Graduates Program Group photo will be at :
6:20pm: Electrical
6:35pm: Auto
6:45pm: Welding
6:55pm: HVAC
7:05pm: Medical
ARRIVAL TIME FOR GUESTS:
Auditorium doors open at 6:30pm for your guests.
Ceremony starts promptly at 7:30PM and does not usually last more than an hour-Punctuality is key!!
